The latest Buzz: Backpack Electrofishing Certification

We have been working hard behind the scenes to package and share our most valuable asset to the world - KNOWEDGE. The journey to become an environmental professional usually starts in school, but the most sought-after skills that make you a valuable team members are learned on the job. We endeavour to give back to our global community by offering tried-and-true, field-tested skills through training. We are proud to official launch the Environmental Sciences Training Institute!

First up, is backpack electrofishing certification offered by our vary own Curtis Vieville. A loyal and longstanding Black Fly, Curtis is getting his boots wet as lead instructor of this 2-day course. His years of field experience, dedication to quality, attention to detail, and commitment to safety make him the perfect instructor to set the next generation of fish savers!

The course is licensed through the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology and approved by WorkSafe BC.
